Jackie has been bringing her talents to the Senior Living field for 10+ years. As an RN, she has a unique perspective on Assisted Living. Her ultimate goal at The Camellia is to keep residents and staff safe and happy. Her commitment to excellence extends to all aspects of daily life at The Camellia.

Business Office Manager

Genvieve has a broad portfolio of expertise, from being a primary school teacher to event planner. Her most recent professional success is as our incredibly talented Business office manager! She is always ready to assist residents and families with a smile. Her dedication makes The Camellia a success!

Marketing Director

Shelley is a true example of a caring detail-oriented professional. Moving to assisted living can be stressful for new residents and families. Her compassionate personality and knowledge help make the transition to assisted living successful. Residents and families are in great hands with Shelley!

Christopher Johnson

Maintenance Director

Christopher is an invaluable asset to The Camellia family with his vast experience in the maintenance field as well as sales/customer service. He is always ready to help residents with maintenance issues no matter how big or small. His excellent management skills also extend to our housekeeping team. He keeps our building looking great!

Jeannie Thompson

Activities Director

Jeannie is an experienced activities director with 5 plus years in Assisted Living! The Camellia hit the jackpot with Jeannie's dynamic personality and pursuit of fun, engaging activities for our residents. From games, art classes, outings and special events, Jeannie keeps things fun and active for our residents!

Alex Routh

Culinary Director

Alex has extensive experience in the culinary field and prides himself on being a local of Gulf Breeze. His knowledge of local seafood and coastal dishes brings southern flair to coastal cuisine. He is Serv Safe Certified and shares his expertise with his well-trained kitchen staff. He is always willing to take requests and suggestions from residents and apply those suggestions to his menu. Alex is an integral part of The Camellia family.
